At The Seoul Palette, we carefully curate authentic Korean skincare products and take great care to ensure that every order arrives in excellent condition.

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or adverse skin reactions. We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully and contact us for product recommendations before purchasing.

 

1. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return request, please email info@kbeauty-sa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Our team will review the information and advise you on the next steps.

Please do not return any products without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

 

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be confirmed as defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied
  • Be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Include all accessories, components, and promotional items supplied with the product

In certain cases, we may request that the item be returned for inspection before a refund is approved.

 

3. PRODUCTS WE CANNOT ACCEPT  FOR RETURN

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products ordered incorrectly
  • Opened or used products that are not defective
  • Products that have caused irritation or sensitivity, as skincare results and individual skin responses vary from person to person

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If a return is approved because the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied, The Seoul Palette will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions. Return shipping costs incurred without prior approval may not be reimbursed.

Where applicable, we may arrange collection of the item directly or provide a prepaid return shipping solution.

 

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
